I knew they said they were gonna be in pints last year but I didn't realize they advertised it as a limited batch before... I just got that flyer today so fingers crossed..

I actually think that flyer could possibly be new.. Yeah SSS is a couple of months old, but maybe they are advertising it for the first 4 months of this year, then the cherry garcia fro-yo for the middle 4 months (perfect summer flavor, despite me not being a fan), & CBP for the latter 4 months (& hopefully eternity haha)

They did the same thing with cannoli last year. Even though it was released in the last 3rd of 2012, it was also the limited edition for the first 3rd of 2013 and it said new on the 2013 flyer.

Seems like PB fudge is the only core flavor that's doing well, and according to reviews it seems the only one worth buying. It's flying off the shelves like crazy at stores where I live, haven't been able to get a pint of it yet...

Yeah, they said it was last year and had it in their 2013 flyer as well with no mention of sss. While I do believe it'll be out this year, it shows that they're willing to do another flavor last second if the money is right.

As I continued to dig down the pint it was surly one of my favorites going through it. The base is top notch, a great banana flavor that is dense and packs an amazing banana afteraste like a true ripe banana out of the grocery store. Throw in a marshmallow ribbon that is not overpowering but just enough to compliment the pint with overall flavoring. The Fudge Ribbons are dense, very thick and almost like graeters chocolate chips at some point due to the richness/thickness in size. As the pint gets lower and lower the thickness of the swirl picks up to the point you are eating chunks of fudge. Not that I mind that, but it just amplifies the more you get towards the bottom. The Peanut Butter cups were killer, They are not as frequent as you would hope (i think i got maybe 8 tops) but they are not halved they are full little peanut butter cups you would get at a grocery store. These were not hard as a rock, but on the softer side and had a great peanut butter filling like a peanut butter truffle would be. Overall hands down one of the best pints I have had in a long time and may even crack my top 10 overall. Everything in this pint just went together very well and complimented each other perfectly. Off to pick up S'mores and see how this goes!

turkey hill sweet potato pecan pie: 8/10

wonderful idea but wasnt executed perfectly imo.
pecan swirl was amazing (wish there was more) and also wish the base was stronger.
was expecting this break my th top 3 since people were comparing it to th pumpkin pie but nowhere close.

I haven't tried any of the core's, but they really don't look special to me. I'm really hoping they do a pb&j core, but really there's alot more they could do with the idea.

Strange because the salted caramel core is the greatest of the bunch. My wife loves it and I get in trouble if I eat any of it then before the next shopping trip says not to buy it anymore....then she craves it and asks why I didn't buy it for her.

My favorite Ben and Jerry's are Cheesecake Brownie and the greatest of all time Pumpkin Cheesecake. It's only on shelves a few times a year but it's amazing and I don't even like pumpkin that much. Red Velvet Cake is pretty good too. They have others that I enjoy but those are the top in my opinion.

wow.... Pints are usually 4.49 here on sale for 2.99.

This is copy-pasta from my log, Sorry. But I figured people would still be interested here.
Cream is a popular up-n-coming chain of ice cream stores in the Bay Area. Well our work catered a bunch of these sandwiches:

This particular one is Salted Caramel Ice Cream between two White Chocolate Macamia Cookies. The nutrition facts aren't available. But it weights 6.5oz (184g), so this is my wild guess:

    .

Overall the cookies were amazing, chewy and thick and the ice cream was just eh. You could have told me it was chocolate ice cream and I would have believed you. I wouldn't say it felt quite premium either. Would definitely eat again! Rating: B+

On Second Scoop: This one was a little easier to scoop when going in with realistic expectations about the bold marshmallow base. It's still pretty potent, but it made for a neat afternoon kick in the tastebuds. These pints are technically sitting right next to Gifford's excellent Campfire S'mores flavor, so I prefer that, but I'm glad I tried this one because they put a good amount of effort in to their premium pints.
