All of those IQ studies showing that blacks have lower IQ's innately than any other race were edited by a guy called Richard Flynn. He was later revealed to be a racist and is considered a joke in the scientific community. However, no IQ studies of that scale were ever done again, so unfortunately they are taken as sort of the "golden standard" if you will.

The guy basically had 50 or so areas where blacks had there IQ taken, and only used 9 of those areas in the final IQ results. He literally threw out the majority of the data, which if included, would have shown that blacks have about the same IQ as whites.

Because one thing is a trigger that contributed to the downfall of a race, and another is a BS genetic claim. If you want a comparable thing for poverty level blacks, you could look at the breakdown of family structure, failed public education systems, glorified criminal culture, etc.

The "intelligence" levels of many struggling blacks can be attributed to other things, rather than just being innately stupid. For instance, things like No Child Left Behind encourages teachers to simply push struggling children through schools instead of actually ensuring they're educated, so you end up with a lot of people graduating or leaving school without being able to read, write, or do math because of leg-ups that are more detrimental than beneficial. The problems within a portion of the black community are pretty much a huge elephant in the room that no current major political peeps are willing to even whisper about because of the fear of seeming "racist", even though that very ignorance is continuing to hurt the black community.

And while I do support individual responsibility to a degree, it certainly doesn't help when the system is working against you from birth.

Buddy... I don't think you even realize what you just said. The only IQ study of this kind was a BIASED one (extremely biased might I add). To put it in simple words for you, there are no other IQ studies like this, so it's the only one that applies.

It would be like if the guy drove a Honda 50 years ago in the rain and found that it had bad handling, and then no one bothered to make another study on Honda's ever again and just assumed that they all had bad handling.

If the "thrown out data" was included in the study, blacks would have had about the same average IQ as whites.
