My advice to anyone would be to not get their lifting advice from YouTube channels. Do your own research and experiment through training. YouTube channels (even smart ones eg ice cream fitness, Ian McCarthy) change their views/stance all the time. Often times they don't practice what they preach aswell.
Cliff: think for yourself, don't rely on youtubers
