Amazing progress man, Im still a beginner but i want to jump on a 5/3/1 variation soon it looks very fun. Could you detail your exact routine? I checked your log but it seems to be a bit inconsistent.. correct me if im wrong mate:
OHP - 5/3/1
BBB Bench
DB Fly
Skulls
Curls
Squat - 5/3/1
BBB Deadlift
Pull ups
Dips
Bench - 5/3/1
BBB OHP
Incline bench
DB Bench
Chins
Deadlift - 5/3/1
BBB Squat
Leg Extension
You seem to have done alot of lat work on consecutive days, but its worked for you i mean your back has blown up. I wouldve thought that would be overdoing things but evidently not.Last edited by Broscientist88; 07-23-2013 at 01:35 PM.

Hi Mate. Basic routine is a core lift, then another core lift at 50% 1RM for 5 sets of 10. You can read about it in full detail here: http://www.t-nation.com/readArticle.do?id=5051741
I then throw in a few extra workouts which is where you probably noticed the variation. These are just additional and optional strength exercises."Meet success like a gentleman; disaster like a man.' - Winston Churchill
