Amazing progress man, Im still a beginner but i want to jump on a 5/3/1 variation soon it looks very fun. Could you detail your exact routine? I checked your log but it seems to be a bit inconsistent.. correct me if im wrong mate:
OHP - 5/3/1
Squat - 5/3/1
Bench - 5/3/1
Deadlift - 5/3/1
You seem to have done alot of lat work on consecutive days, but its worked for you i mean your back has blown up. I wouldve thought that would be overdoing things but evidently not.
