I currently use C4 for pre workout but have read some good stuff about Muscle Pharm Assult. Has anyone tried both and can offer feedback?

Between the two, I actually like C4 better. It's a more straight forward formula and the creatine nitrate is a good addition.

There you go.
C4 is a top seller in the store (#2 selling overall product) becuse its:
Simple
Effective
Cost Effective
And has tons of great flavors
1g of Creatine Nitrates to aid in your pump
BA
130mg of caffeine (on the lower side)
and a very very basic formula that provides results. I highly suggest looking into it and PLEASE cycle off your current pre-workout before trying it so you give your build up of caffeine a break to get the full results! i hope you consider it!

Green Apple is a legit C4 flavour.

Not a fan.
I'm not a fan of the beta alanine content. Doesn't agree with me. Also it didn't seem to last real long.
2scoops of presurge unleashed (taste like death) and I get heaps of clean energy focus and pump.
I just had 2 weeks of it so I don't build a tolerance and man it made a difference to my workout!

The old PreSurge Unleashed or the new PreSurge? Strange as the flavor feedback on all versions of PreSurge is good too excellent.

c4 is great! but If I have to choose one it would be really hard. I cycle between Assault and C4 both work great. Currently using Assault and I just love the ingredient profile. You GET ALOT for you money with Assault. BCAA creatine and enough caffeine and the taste is great. ( c4 taste amazing as well.) can't go wrong with either. go with whatever is on sale I guess.

Tons of great feedback!! Thanks all. I'm sticking with C4. It was good timing as I happen to forget my can at home. Headed to that national chain since my need was immediate. They had no green apple and didn't even know it was available. Tried the blue for the first time and I like it, will go with the strawberry next time.
I agree with the if it ain't broke statement. My son is a college athlete and turned me in to C4. I do love the energy and pump, the little tingle right as you walk into the gym is kind of a feeling that tells you it's gonna be a good workout!
Thanks again for helping a newby out.

I took c4 last and now am about down with my assault. I liked them both a lot but honestly if I had to choose one i feel i like the assault a little better. Theyre both great products though and you can't go wrong with either one. I really want to try craze next.

I'm not 100% sure. I brought it from my local mass nutrition store.
Its the citrus ice flavour. To be honest I'm not fussed what I takes like, I just gulp it. Haha. Works a treat though. I put 10kg on my max bench my pull ups have improved drastically.
My brother brought the C4 whilst it still works it just doesn't compare.

I was actually in the same situation, but I decided to stick with C4, and Hemavol for stim breaks. After talks and research, I've heard a lot of people complain about a lack of consistent energy with Assault, and even cases of nausea. I'd like to try a sample, but based on word of mouth, I'm hesitant. C4 I've never had a problem, just constant energy.
