    Should I bulk or Cut

    For the first 6 months that I worked out I just tried to eat better and hit the gym hard, but now I feel I am going to have to choose a goal and stick with it. I'm starting to plateau!

    So I was wondering if at my side should I bulk or cut? I am 5'8 162 lbs

    Depend on wt goal u desire. Be the beast ,just bulk up。
    Or if u satisfy your size right now ,start to cutting

    Even though I haven't been bulking. I was a little chunky when I started working out I'm down 18 lbs. Still thanks, I think I agree with you. Winters coming, may as well cut.
