The season finale wasn`t that bad, atleast not compared to rest of the season. Most of the episodes were complete ****.

This. Glen Mazzara then killed the show basically.
Scott Gimple is doing alright bringing it back. Season 4 was actually decent in my mind. I'm thankful they didn't split the journey on the road into each group showing in each episode. brb 5 mins of a group at a time. no thx

They've been alluding to the lack of food supply and problems with eating animals for a few episodes. Daryl and the dude last week nearly killing each other for a small rabbit, them saying on a 'hungry scale' of 1-10 they were a 28 - Rick, Michone and Carl only catching a small rabbit to feed 3 people again yesterday, saying that every single conversation they have these days revolves around food, etc.
There simply is not enough food (animals) out there to be hunted and killed in the mass numbers it would take to feed a large group of people (like what Terminus or any large safe house would have). Eating people for their meat has become a necessity out of hunger and it's ease compared to hunting. The food comes to them.
It feeds into the whole, "This is a whole new world and who we were doesn't matter. We need to be who we need to be to survive in this new world," mantra they sometimes bring up in the show. "It has literally become a dog eat dog world. Embrace it and you won't starve. Do not and you'll feed someone else who has.Last edited by Diggs0101; 03-31-2014 at 05:53 AM.

There was another quote on the wall of that room. Something like, "Never again, never trust, we come first" or something like that. I wonder if something bad happened at Terminus (Like they trusted and tried to help the wrong people) and those are memorials for people in the Terminus group who died because of it. Maybe this also plays into why they are cannibals. We won't trust anyone else, so we might as well eat you type of mentality.

it was good but the lack of swear words is really starting to rustle me. was much better in the comics since rick actually said "they're fuking with the wrong people". american brahs needs to change their stupid pussified censorship status i mean you can watch a child almost getting raped, decapitations, killings, murder, gore etc but the moment somebody shows a nipple or drops an f bomb people get mad? logic of peace.
seriously i'm already fuming because i know they are going to butcher the fuk out of negan who is easily the best and lulziest character to date (imo), can you imagine a negan who can't say the f word? a negan that can't swear is no proper negan. period. why couldn't hbo pick this show up ffs.

I think they did a great job in this episode of setting up the cannibalism thing. They did a lot of foreshadowing regarding food, with the rabbit scenes with Daryl, and of course Rick/Mich/Carl talking about how hungry they are. Rick showing everyone the snare and how it works, and then they basically do the same thing with Terminus.
I think the names on the floors are the people they've eaten.
As a whole though, this episode was ****. Nothing really happened other than the fight scene with the claimed crew. It was just a bunch of walking around. Also I found Andrew Lincoln's delivery of the last line to be lacking. He sounded like a e-tuff guy. Like a "say that to my face and see what happens."The best Weightlifting forum on the web:

Great finale. Wish they would have said fuk instead of screw on the one liner at the end. If you watched talking dead, Rick was saying he really wanted to say that instead.

i enjoyed the finale. the commercials were unreal though.
the scene vs the claimers i could not believe. i sat there chewing on my napkin, on the edge of my seat. when rick zombie chomped joe, that was exhilarating.
i also like the flashbacks and the ending was cool for me, but seeing as the comic dropped the f-bomb, that made me not like it as much. someone in the thread said they think the episode could have been better they just couldn't figure out how......i think it was the commercials. honestly wtf? some corp. has to be willing to sponsor the last 30 minutes to be commercial free.
see you in october brahs or see you in the got thread.*always pick 4 crew*

So they allow the word "fu ck" on Breaking Bad yet in a perfect scenario last night they didn't use it ...my only issue with the finale .

Not sure why you guys just dont watch a stream of it, brb haven't watched a single commercial this season.
Even read a few articles that state commercials ruin the suspense and to just wait for it to be released online after it airs....really makes the episodes better.

Its all self-censorship the FCC has ZERO power when it comes to the censoring of programming and deals only with radio and basic television. But self-censorship leads to better sponsorship so most/all cable television shows do this.
"The FCC's regulatory powers extend only to over-the-air broadcasters, who transmit their programs via the publicly owned spectrum. In order to obtain the FCC's permission to use slivers of that spectrum, broadcasters agree to abide by the commission's rules, which include indecency standards. Cable, on the other hand, travels to American homes via privately built and maintained hardware. (The same goes for satellite services like the DISH Network, whose orbiting hardware is privately launched.) So, cable channels needn't strike a bargain with the FCC in order to operate."Last edited by NetherRealm; 03-31-2014 at 07:23 AM.

Only thing I'll remember from the second half of this season is a train track.
Got more screen time than all the minority characters combined.

Lol they knew how clueless some people are, so they even mentioned it in the show that they were shooting at their legs on purpose (and we had Rick in the beginning teach Carl how to set traps), but still we have several pages ITT where miscers are all like "aim of peace"
We have known for a while that this place is no sanctuary, but it makes no sense to make people come to Terminus just to kill them instantly (unless things get out of control and they have no other option). Even if they eat people, it's stupid to kill an entire group at once. Those snipers knew exactly what they were doing and have done it many times before. If they wanted to just kill Rick's group then they could have done it in the beginning when they put down their weapons.
Rick and Daryl have thought of a plan in case something like this happens, just can't figure out what it could be. They didn't trust these people from the start and they even talked about it before entering through the backdoor, so there is no way Rick would think they'd be safe with just 2 guns, a sword and a few arrows. Rick and Daryl wouldn't just enter a place like this without a plan. Glenn and those 6 other potatoes are a different story.Last edited by Nik7; 03-31-2014 at 09:33 AM.

The hand watch that the dude from Terminus had that Rick questioned, didn't he give that to Carol when he kicked her out of the prison? If so does that mean Carol and Tyreese are there?

There are way too many posts complaining about commercials. If you hate them so much that it ruins the show for you, then why don't you guys just wait a few hours then watch it online without commercials. That's what I usually do because I can't watch tv shows with commercials. It takes no more than a couple hours before the show is on several hd streaming websites.

I really enjoyed this episode (first in a LONG time) and it's episodes like these that give me hope that the show can still fulfill its true potential. Finally Rick has stopped being a pussy and is becoming the bad ass we all hoped he'd be.
But WOW....a 6 month wait?! mind = blownThere is but one path....we kill them all.

Am I the only one with a DVR? I just wait until about 20 minutes in to start watching and skip all commercials.
By the way, really liked the last episode. Nice cliffhanger regarding what will happen to them and what Terminus is really about. The canibal thing makes the most sense. Lure food to terminus with signs on the railroad tracks and then lure everyone into the front gate with a sweet old lady cooking up some meat. Something about the hole set up made it too easy to get in.
Also liked the last scene where Rick says "They're screwing with the wrong people." He is trapped with seemingly no way out and severely out numbered and out-armed, yet he is acting cocky because he has been in these situations before and always finds a way.Last edited by primetime32; 03-31-2014 at 09:49 AM.
