My Perfect Workout is when its raining outside, i sit in my room. drink down my jack3d micro or craze (my current two personal favs) and watch some youtube lifting vids. then write out in my workout log what i plan to beat from last week and get myself pumped up, i put my head phones in blast my favorite music. jump in the car and head off the the gym, go in and have the gym all to myself, raining outside. then i start training my pre workout kicks in after my first set i then have unlimited energy, and then get a surge Euphoria, blasting away dominating every single set, rep. shorter rest times, outdoing myself and doing more than what i expected to do, better quality reps with more weight, reps. as i get through the first 3 exercises i have the biggest tight pump ever feeling like a god i finish strong and destroy the last few sets, then having to force myself to leave. i go to the lounge and sit back relax and drink down my shake, and reflect on how amazing that was.
edit: if im picked il pay for my shipping. glad to give review to.Last edited by Mxxz; 07-27-2013 at 07:08 PM.

Another perfect ab/cardio day for me looks like this:
CORE WORK:
Crunches: 30 seconds
Hyperextensions: 30 seconds
Hanging Leg Raises: 30 seconds
Supermans: 30 seconds
Left Oblique Crunch: 30 seconds
Right Oblique Crunch: 30 seconds
Plank: 30 seconds
Lying Leg Raises: 30 seconds
Left Plank: 30 seconds
Right Plank: 30 seconds
Cardio:
Sit on my bike and cycle at a relatively easy level for 4 minutes, as the clock reaches the four minutes, increase the resistance level on the bike to level 10. Sprint at 100+ RPM for 60 seconds then return to the easy level for recovery for 2 minutes. As the clock reaches the next 4 minutes, ramp up the resistance to level 12 and sprint for 45 seconds keeping the RPM at 100+, then return to the recovery level again for 2 minutes. Finally ramp up the resistance to level 15 and sprint for 30 seconds, keeping the RPM at 100+.Last edited by susansteffey; 07-27-2013 at 09:19 AM.

what would be another perfect workout is training with ARNOLD! but that probably wont happen lol, in my dreams holding jack3d standing with Arnold. doing his chest routine would be epic. then having a post workout meal with him. I look up to him a lot, as do a lot of others. add to it to make the perfect workout just snapping fingers and the weight you want is already on there and ready to go, no waiting on anything or anyone. completely pumped up mind set and muscles, in the zone busting out pr's and endurance through the rough just some epic training that would be perfect. today was pretty good session though chest obliterated with supersets and drop sets to failure.
