Wouldn't call my workout today perfect but was great to get in the gym early, be motivated and be able to hit one station after another since I beat the crowd! Good luck all!

Plyometrics is a good perfect workout to do as well and do 3-5rounds with....
Squat jumps -20reps
medicine ball passes-20reps
box jumps-20 reps
medicine ball twists-til failure
Plyometrics training increases force generation and fast-twitch muscle fiber activation and
also produces a strong calorie burn for hours after a workout.

Sunday toast crunch
Grats everyone!
Sunday: How I like to get down, Sundays, downtown.
Pour 6 oz ice cold water and pwo + necessary creatine hcl ratio down a funnel/shaker cup down it, and warrmup 10 minutes in the elliptical followed by 10 mins cardio on the treadmill and 2 minutes jumprope ==> BCAA intra workout.
15 mins heavy compound lifting, followed by some EZ Bar skullcrushers *change track or dj setlist*, time-under-tension crossbody hammers with dumbbell thinking 20 reps for 2 sets in a row. Cram a little bit of the intra-amino acidation for vaso. Change to bench and hit some presses, break off, do leg extensions, watch blood boil, exercise some traps and shoulders, watch those veins pop out. Relax, repeat again, but only switch bench for squats, followed by plyo, relax again, lever the arms with some solid hammer/concentrations, go full out as many as could be done. Superset with 5 gur crunches, pushups and pullup set and call it a day.Gabber Crew since 2005

Push days are my favorite. I start off with the incline bench with 2 min rest between each set:
4 sets (1st is always a warmup):
1st 35lbs 15-20 reps
2nd 40lbs 8-12 reps
3rd 50lbs 6-8 reps
4th 50lbs hit failure
Next I hit the decline bench, 4 sets:
1st 40lbs 10-15 reps
2nd 45lbs 8-12 reps
3rd 45lbs 8-12 reps
4th 45lbs hit failure
Next I do chest flys, on the floor (thank you scooby!) 4 sets:
1st 17.5lbs 10-12 reps
2nd 20lbs 6-10 reps
3rd 22.5lbs 6-10 reps
4th 22.5lbs hit failure
After chest flys I jump on the seated cable fly machine, 4 sets:
1st 10lbs 10-12reps
2nd 15lbs 6-10reps
3rd 15lbs 6-10reps
4th 15lbs hit failure
By this time I am close to being burnt out, so I try to do 2 sets of tri-cep kickbacks mixed with diamond pushups:
1st 15lbs 15-20 reps
2nd 15lbs 15-20 reps
Diamond push-ups:
1st hit failure
2nd hit failure

My favorite workout is a monday chest/ tricep . But I love doing chest at night when I can wear a sweater to the gym and just listen to my music and get pumped to kill it!!
I specifically love these nights because the gym is empty. So I can play my music loud and make the gym my home.
My favorite chest/Tricep day
Eat 8 oz Meat 1/2 cup carbs. And slam back my pre workout.
Dips 5xfailure
Superset
Flat bench 5x12
Tricep straight extensions 5x15
Superset
5x12 cable flys
Reverse dips 4x failure
Superset
Incline dumbells 4x12
Burnout machine drop set starting at 225 lbs
Good luck to winners. Congrats to past winnersI Rep Back 100% LEAVE LINK!
