I was 5'8 135 pounds in the before pictures, now I put on about 10 pounds. I have been lifting for a year now. I'm 15 years old, post opinions on physique and what you think my bodyfat is now, currently eating at around 3000 calories, also have been doing a lot of weighted ab workouts since the start of my bulk

working out twice a day, sometimes I tend to binge eat, but I'm stopping that now, but I put on some nice mass, not all of it is fat. My gains will be 3-4 pounds maximum a month now, but I just started eating a lot and lifting hard this month so thats why I put so much mass on, starting kre alkalyn compound as well and have been getting lots of protein, I think im doing good for a month progress, most of that 10 pounds is lean muscle and I have a super fast metabolism which makes it easier. But I think I'm at 12-13% maybe right now, I always have a bulging bicep vein and after I cut my love handles they havent came back. Abs are not as defined, but they are streched, working dem ab muscles hard so when I cut they are krisp

Nice work but dont kid yourself thinking that most of the 10lbs is muscle. Max muscle gains per week if you dont put a foot wrong in diet and training are around 0.5 lbs per week absolute max unless your cell techin
