    Squat and deadlift went up but.....

    My Squat and deadlift went up but my vertical jump and my speed went down, can someone please explain whats happenin'

    Stop lifting heavy for a little, and start doing intense plyometric workouts 2-3 times a week (do them while fresh as well).
    Assuming you didn't get fat or anything, you should be faster and jump higher after not too long.
