i speak for me.i did lots of chins and dips when i started and i think there are basic exercicies that everyone should do.but at this point with 125 kg is dificult for me to do chins ,i can do dips and i like them,but not chins,maybe i would do 8 reps for first set,5 or 6 six for second and so on,so i prefer to do 4 good stes really squeeze my lats than try to lift my weight in chins.
beginers....do chins and dips till u fall on the floor.
