Stronglift 5x5 - Starting weight, unclear?

So I'm looking at starting Stronglift 5x5.. but what I am unsure of is the actual starting weight..

So for Workout A it lists

    Squat - 45lbs
    Bench - 45lbs
    Barbel Row - 50lbs

For these weights, is this with the bar or not? Basically would that mean that the squat and bench would be just the bare bar by itself for the first workout?

And then on the barbell its the bar + 2.25lba on each side?

Yes, 45lbs would be just the bar if its an Olympic bar.

50lbs would be the bar and two 2.5 plates.
