Just wanted to post an update for those who might remember me lol. Started the cut about 11 months ago at 240lbs and am now sitting at 180.6 lbs as of this morning. Starting to get very good definition in the upper abs. There is still fat lingering on the lower stomach though. I'm going to continue to push through and down into the 170's to see what happens. I haven't weighed less then 180 lbs since i was 17 years old! So 60lbs in 11 months.. a nice pace if you ask me! Just gotta keep on keepin on!
I will say my waist line is measuring smaller now at 180 lbs then it did when i was 15 or 16 at 153 lbs
