Do you have sore ankles and knees?

As of recently I have been having this problem.

Currently my supplements include fish oil, flax seed oil, glucosamine, and a one a day vitamin.

What supplements do you guys take to get rid of the soreness?

Cissus. Joint Force. I also just started Antaeus Labs Achilles so we'll see how that goes

Cissus in a 5% extract is boss. I personally just started using the SNS brand and it's working wonders for me.

Could be an issue with your shoes. Old beat up shoes don't provide enough support.
