NeuroCore Review

About 30 minutes before my back and chest workout I tried a sample pack of NeuroCore (Fruit Punch flavor). I am usually not a big fan of fruit punch, however this flavor rocks! Definately not too sweet and no after taste. It blended easily in a shaker cup and went down smooth. As I walked into the gym I could feel the energy starting to kick in. My warm up was great and in a few minutes I was hitting the low row. Today was a personal best!! My workout lasted a little over an hour and I was still feeling the energy until the very last rep. I also got a GREAT pump and felt the thermogenic effect of NeuroCore. I will definately use this product again and will recommend it to others!!

I did use the whole pack. I got a high tolerance for caffeine. I don't go above the maximum dosage recommended though.

I use the full serving as well. I would say most people's sweet spot is two on average.
