Thanks so much to Babyslayer for this video. I especially agree with his bit about unmotivated people who ask him for advice. I honestly like to sit for one hour plus with poverty Indian working class guys who can't read and don't know anything much at all about lifting and try my best to give them knowledge, simply because I can see they are motivated enough to actually seek knowledge despite such a chitty position in life.

As for babyslayer, i will say well done on your accomplishments, i dont know how much you focus on your life outside of lifting but if you do live a well rounded life then keep it up, remember no one thing is ever important enough to offset a proper life balance. Stay strong, stay healthy and get regular check ups because that cell tech and weight gain can not only cut your career short but your life as well so keep those regular doctors visits going.

breakfast

6 pieces whole wheat bread
6-9 pieces cheese
butter
4 cups milk

meat/potatoes/what ever i wanted or was around for dinner





my last bulk i just ate what ever i like. often eating only 2x a day, but doing stuff like eating 6 eggs, 1lb of bacon, 6 tortilla wraps and 1/2 bag of hash browns in a meal etc...


right now im cutting and doing 2-3lbs of meat a day with 1 big shake, keeping carbs lower than my protein intake and getting my fat primarily from meat

Judging by length of thread guessing some e debates went on. This place is not good for you mentally, due to your success you just attract negative attention on this site and in the end being attacked all the time no matter how strong mentally you are is not healthy and I remember you posting about that before. I'd stick with your buddies in real life more like you did in the past where you really took off after you ignored this site for the most part especially the misc.

i dont push being bigger and stronger to people who dont want to be bigger and stronger, were on a bodybuilding website.. i refuse to believe you and the other guy i just talked too dont want to be over 160-175lbs or stronger than you are, so if you were to come in here like him and randomly insult me rather than ask me something or say something positive.. then id tell you that you were stupid for doing that rather than trying to take something positive away from the thread.
