    Alcohol effect on muscle gain

    What kid of effect does drinking alcohol have with muscle gains? And will it make you lose your gains?

    eating a protien and carb rich meal after your work out BEFORE you drink. itll help prevent any muscle loss. But yeah it wont effect gains that bad every once in a while. youll be more hungover and unable to make it go the gym then compared to losing muscle
