for me, it's loading up the leg press with countless plates (usually 8 on each side so 16 total). Then having to take them all off. It hurts my lower back and takes forever. I hate doing that so much

People who take one of each dumbell from 20-50 pounds somewhere discrete and leave them there

I do not want to become stronger, faster, or better. I want to become the strongest, the fastest, and the best.

Do as you please in the gym with the equipment - even do tricep kickbacks in the squat rack. IDGAF - you pay to use the equipment like I do.
But for fcks sake, put the weights back when you're done. brb unloading 16 plates from the leg press machine
OH and standing in front of me when lifting so I can't see myself in the mirror. Even experienced guys do this. I think they do it on purpose, ****ing jags.☰☰☰☰☰☰☰☰LOOK UP☰☰☰☰☰☰☰☰☰☰☰☰☰✈

no joke, yesterday i was doing incline crunches. Some ******* comes right behind me to the point my head was almost touching his ass on the way down, sets a 25 lb plate on the ground and stands on it for several minutes. I got up after my set and moved the bench over about 5 feet then finished the rest of my sets.

People sweating all over and grunting. No one should drop weights ever, even on db bench. I like gyms with lunkhead alarms. Also, it sucks when you see someone trying to do a deadlift and risk breaking their backs when I want to do curls there. Also, it's annoying when I'm trying to talk on the phone and there's some idiot beside me clanking dbs. Too, I hate it when I am doing my sets of gentle reaching and some monstrocity know it all muscle head with 14" arms starts acting all tough and getting in my grill.
That is all.- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
