Posted yesterday on the ANSI FB Page.
Took my first serving (6g’s) of Xtreme Shock (Radical Grape) at 5:58 am this morning and within 5 minutes, I started feeling it kick in!! Loving the 2g of Beta-Alanine each serving has! The biggest thing I noticed was that by the end of my workout (40 min) I still felt refreshed and full of energy! So far, this product gets a two thumps up from me!www.intensmuscle.com

Hey Dave,
I'm currently taking one scoop per session and hitting the gym twice a day on most days right now. The pumps aren't all that crazy but that could be due to limited amount of carbs I'm taking in. I still get a pump mind you just not the skin busting type everyone thinks of when thinking about pumps.www.intensmuscle.com

Mixability is good no issues whit it blending when shaken either with a blender or by hand and the flavor ain't half bad either!! Although, I like my shakes a little sweet so I added some stevia to the mix. Nothing wrong with the powder mind you, I pretty much do that to all my shakes. I even sprinkle some on my peanut butter at night.
I'll give it a try but I gotta say, I get a pretty good flush in my face first then my arm's with just the one serving. I don't mind it. I actually like the feeloing but only initially but not during the workout. I'll let you know how it feels. Quads and Bi's for Monday!!!

So at ddubbs request, I went with 2 scoops prior to my first work out (5:30) today and to be honest, other than a little more of a flush, I couldn't see any real difference in 2 scoops compared the 1. I didn't experience any higher level of motivation or focus that I wasn't already experiencing on just one scoop. To be fair, I'll this another try later on in the week when the energy stores are low and I'm dragging ass.
I also wanted to take a opportunity to briefly talk about a couple other products ANS also sent me. I will go into more detail in another video at a later point but for now, I just wanted to fill you guys in another two great products.
Even though I consider a good pre-workout supplement important, I consider the post supplement plan just as if not more so. I would go so far as say it is absolutely essential! We can have the best workouts in the world but if we fail to have a proper nutrition plan (supps included) in place, then were simply spinning our wheels and going no where.
Recently I've had the opportunity (thru ANS) to try a post recovery mix called Instantized BCAA 12400 and a "fast-acting" product called Hydro Whey 32. Both of these product should be a must in everyone's post recovery arsenal if the want to be the best they can be. Although the affects of these products aren't as quickly recognized as say with Xtreme Shock, both are still equally important. Since taking these products, I feel as if my ability to recover and prepare for more efficiently than prior to taking these product. Also, I have noticed a reduction in the levels of DOMS.
Go to the ANS web site and check these two products out for your self or go the the ANS ******** page and see what folks are saying about the line of product ANS has to offer.

Today and tomorrow are both low carb days for me as I attempted to get in the best shape ever for my upcoming bodybuilding show. With two workouts a day on the plate and a side of cardio to boot, I'm going to make sure that I have the necessary tools to help me be successful.
ITEM FOR SUCESS:
1: Motivation: Always present/Never leave home without it!!
2: Pre-Worlout Mix: Xtreme Shock
3: Post Recovery Mix: BCAA 12400 & Hydro Pure 32
Looks like everything is accounted for!! Time to kick some butt in the gym!!www.intensmuscle.com

Whats up everyone!! Just wanted to update you on my progress. Training is still going hard with most day's seeing two workouts and either one cardio session or practicing my my posing. My Xtreme Shock from ANSI, is still doing a great job in keeping motivated and focused through out all of my workouts. I'm currently taking any where from a scoop to a scoop and a half per workout. Immediately following my workout and before I even leave the parking lot, I make sure a throw back two servings of the BCAA 12400. This stuff not only taste great but has really helped me in my recovery process. Once home, I make sure a get at least one serving of Hydro Pure 32! This fast acting protein get a jump star on not only recovery but providing my body with the necessary protein it needs. Through out the day, I depend on the slow acting process of Casein 25 to not only provided me with a good source of protein, but to carry me over to my next solid me. If you haven't given these products a try yet, you don't know what your missing!!

Hey David,
Gotta tell yua I'm really enjoying the proteins you guys sent me!! Especially the Hydro Pure 32. Its been a main stay for me after all my workouts. The bad news is however, I'm almost out!! Hey, you guys looking to sponsor any old guys..lol you know there's a bunch us old folks out there that need someone to show them that it's not to late to get in shape!..The Casein is pretty cool as well. Although it has a little chalky after taste to it but nothing major. I haven't been taking as much of the Casein as the Hydro due to my current Low carb intake (4 weeks to go!!). On a side note, the BCAA have been working out well for me as well. Looks like I know what products I'll be ordering on my next supplement run, ANSI! Thanks again for the opportunity to try out some great stuff! I hope I've done a good job representing your product thus far. I sort of new at this so forgive me if I haven't.www.intensmuscle.com

Well, as they say, “All good things must come to an end” such is the case for the fine products sent to me by the Nice folks a Advanced Nutrient Science Int. Before I wrap this thing up, I wanted to close this out with my overall review of each product used.
1. Xtreme Shock: What can I say about this product that I haven’t already said without making it sound like I’m trying to kiss someone’s butt! The product is just that good! Get some!!
2. Hydro Pure 32: This was the first time for me using Hydrolyzed Isolate powder and overall I had no issues with the product. Overall flavor (chocolate) was fine. As for mix ability of the product, I had no issues with either using a blender or mixing it up by hand. Both proved to be successful endeavors.
3. Casein 25: Again another product I've never really used on regular basis. As far as taste goes, I wasn't as content as I was with the Hydro Pure. I found the casein to have a chalky after taste to it. Although I could deal with, I found it to be distracting and not a product I would purchase. I also had an issues with it’s ability to mix well when not using a blender.
4. BCAA 12400: Another great product! One which I used regularly after ever workout. I had no issues with both the taste and my ability to blend the product prior to consuming it. Although, if mixing it by hand, I would make sure I give it a couple extra shakes to ensure it get blended. My only negative comment about this product and it’s probably more of a personal; issues that a fault with the product is, being on a contest prep diet, my carb intake is gradually dwindling down to nothing and as such, counting every carb becomes very important aspect of the diet. I would have like to see this product without the 10 grams of carbs. Again this is more of a personal issue than a hit on the product.
So overall, my assessment of the products I received from ANSI is good! I would defiantly use their products on a regular basis. In closing, I would once again like to thanks The folks at Advanced Nutrient Science INTL for allowing me this opportunity and look forward to any future opportunities.
