Specifically, when I got to #7 and read through to #11 I just stopped. Those seem like points that are commonly debated on here, just looking for thoughts.

You need to be aware that this website exists for only one thing---selling supplements. The vast majority of 'articles' you'll find in that section of this site are geared for exactly that--pushing readers towards spending their money on supplements at the bbdotcom store. This forum exists only to get the site's 'hit count' up so that any search engine query on any bodybuilding topic will lead the searcher to this site.
And that's okay, as long as you don't allow yourself to become a sucker and believe everything you read in those articles.
In the forums, however, the regular posters here are under no such obligation to try to wring cash out of your wallet. Quite the contrary; in most forums here, usually the first response to a supplement question will be to advise posters to get their regular-food nutrition in order first, and then possibly consider the few supplements that actually do anything other than drain your wallet of your hard-earned $$$.No brain, no gain.
"The fitness and nutrition world is a breeding ground for obsessive-compulsive behavior. The irony is that many of the things people worry about have no impact on results either way, and therefore aren't worth an ounce of concern."--Alan Aragon
