    Are you a physio or you got your knowlege from the internet (kelly starret), just say that because you talk very similarly.

    Form is good, you obiously know the proper machanics of the press that most people don't know about. Only point I disagree is with not wearing a belt, I think there is more upswing in wearing a belt than not wearing one (more weight being moved etc, and the core still gets worked)

    good strength good form, always flare my elbows as a get worn out/towards end of set, think i need to deload a bit and sort it, its starting to kill my left shoulder.

    Have read and watched pretty much 100% of Kelly Starrett's published material (all mwods, interviews, supple leopard). I'm a mobility fiend, can't get enough of it.

    haha I could tell, I have gotten into it quite a lot lately, managing some of my big issues (will be getting mobilitywodpro soon). I am trying to get into physio and what he is doing is my dream job to say the least.
