Possible to gain muscle while lifting 2 days in a week?

I`m thinking now, is it possible to gain some noticeable muscle mass, if I can lift only 2 days in a week? I`m training in Taekwon-do, so I don`t have time to go to gym. My trainings:
Monday: gym (Back, chest and shoulders)
    Tuesday: taekwondo
    Wednesday: off
    Thursday: taekwondo
    Friday: gym (legs, triceps, biceps)
    Saturday, Sunday: off

you'll definitely put on some mass if you eat a couple hundred cals above your maintenance and lift a couple days a week yeah.

Edit: Id switch up your routine a little doe. combine chest with tricep and back with bicep.

Wil work for a while OP, but you'll eventually be doing 3+ hour sessions to get enough volume in.
    Not ideal.

Edit: do full body both days.

Seems like you have plenty of opportunities to workout more. To answer your question yes you can build muscle as long as you eat enough.
