    Help me with my stack

I'm relatively new to using supplements.
Been taking protein and multi for a year or so and used creatine once or twice but I'm really starting to get into lifting now and I'm looking for advice on the supplements I'm taking.
I want to bulk but it's hard to really bulk when I'm poor. I eat when I can but I always feel like I don't have enough calorie intake.
5'7", 155 lbs, almost no body fat don't know my %

    My current stack:
Creatine (5g)- Taken in the morning
    Ritual PWO
Syntha-6 Isolate Protein (one scoop) - Post workout with 2% milk
    Glutamine (5g) - Post workout
GNC Mega Men Multi- Post Workout with Shake

If you are on a budget and having trouble gaining weight I would just save your money for food. The only thing I'd consider buying is protein powder if you can get it for under 50 cents per servings as that is cheaper than most meat you will buy.

yep for cals to get bigger, if your rushed alot and maybe dont have time to always stop and eat... premake your meals, PBnJ is a good one, chicken is typically cheap...

get a cheaper protein, cause protein is protein... sometimes youll sacrifice taste for $ per serving, muscletech protein at Sams Club was like 36$ for 5lbs..., theres always deals on bb.com and other online websites, im also trying to slim down my stack..

keep the creatine, PWO is all up to you.. there are so many options, Syntha-6 is nice... but can find cheaper, another calorie gain is using a protein and adding it to some milk, add a banana, some PB... etc, or a sludge... really look into the nutrtion section, ALOT of good info there... GLutamine is up to you, multi is also up to you.. look into Opti Mens / Orange Triad / Anavite... , maybe add a fish oil?

ALSO, ramen is CHEAP and def will get u some calories lol, 2 packs of ramen with a can of chicken and some cheese... ya buddy

    this

    100%

I work for a supplement company and only use pre-workout maybe 25% of the time I train even though I could use it 100% of the time...it just isn't necessary, so if you are cash strapped, food would be a much better investment

It's actually more like I'm to busy to regularly eat.
Let's say my diet is perfect. Then what about my supplements?

Syntha-6 Isolate Protein (one scoop) - Post workout with 2% milk
    Glutamine (5g) - Post workout

Why do you have to take Syntha-6 Isolate? This supplement is expensive and considering your target, it has probably no significant advantage over the standard whey or protein blends supplements.
The glutamine is a waste too.

Get the most out of whole foods and supplement as required to meet your daily nutrient needs.
    this is what you need:
    water
lots of solid food rich in calories and protein
a decent cheap protein supplement that will help you to meet your daily protein needs
    a multi-vitamin and minerals supplement
    a creatine supplement

Bread is cheap and is a very good source of calories.

Should I pick up an amino acid supp. In place of it? Isn't glutamine essential to the recovery of muscle ?

Amino acids are what make up protein, so eat more protein. Glutamine is not essential.

Mas food. No glutamine ever nor BCAAs if you're on a budget. Get a blend for your protein powder if you need it to meet your macro. Dymatize Elite XT is beyond inexpensive and tastes good.

At a buck fifty three there is no reason you can't eat that much throughout the day. Protein powder is a convenience, not a necessity.
