Well once it happend to me and so no one saw. It started to drip down my leg and so I panicked and wiped it up with my hand. Now this is the part where I regret. I had it all on my hand it it wasn't so bad. Just runny and I have a dog and always watched her eat hers so I just licked up really fast and pretended I was a dog. Wasn't so bad but then I left the stained drawers in the locker room sink. I tried to wash it out but didn't work. I was so embarrassed.so dude don't feel so bad.i thought about changing my name and leaving the gym but it passed in a week.

This was also the first time I took a pre workout. I never touched another one. It was very runny but not like super brown.
