So the turn of the month, mainly the 1st through the 3rd were some trial and error.
I had noted that 3 caps while helping me sleep(once past the falling asleep part) was leaving me super groggy in the morning and slow to wake up - other than that energy was fine. So in the interest of saving usable time during the day I decided I wanted to try 2 caps for the first few days of the month to see how I felt. Now the other constant that I used was actually hydrating, and not eating as with other times I only took them on an empty stomach.
Sleep recorder recorded me on the night of the first, actually getting up and going into the hallway because "someone is at the door"...at 4 am. Nobody was at the door obviously but I had woken up abruptly from a dream. The 2nd was uneventful but did leave me with some very vivid and innapropriate to discuss dreams. Which was actually really fun to wake up with.
As far as sleeping, it was a solid 5.5 hour night, getting up once each night to empty my bladder(I tend to consume a lot of fluid for fear of missing an alarm but having a natural wake up). But otherwise was solid. More typing coming right up.**If any information in my posts helps you, take a moment to let me know somehow**
