Both of these are exactamundo. $60 for writing down orders and setting food on a table isn't bad. It's not market rate, no, and that's on your employer for not being smart enough to include an automatic 18% or whatever for parties that large.

Honestly I think they should get rid of tipping all together and just pay you guys minimum like other equal skill level jobs do(fast food). See how much you bitch then.
