    I need a workout split

    Ok so i need help . I want to do a 4 day split . Monday , wednesday , friday , sunday fits . I want to work chest biceps and tris 2 times a week . And the rest 1 once . Even though i hit shoulders back and legs once a week , ill go super hard on those . Can someone give me a good routine ?

    PHUL - look it up.

    Although you're only 14, I'd advise you to do something else such as ICF 5x5, SS, or Jim Wendler's 5/3/1 Beginner Routine (3 day split, not the 4 days onle), but you probably won't listen.
