Ok so i need help . I want to do a 4 day split . Monday , wednesday , friday , sunday fits . I want to work chest biceps and tris 2 times a week . And the rest 1 once . Even though i hit shoulders back and legs once a week , ill go super hard on those . Can someone give me a good routine ?
