    Has anyone heard of Laron Landry's workout?

    He has this thing called the 28 method where sets would be 3 and reps 28 and a bunch other crazy stuff where you super set and do a crap ton reps. I want to gain some strength and power and don't know if I should incorporate his workout in mine


    I think he also helps advertise for muscle pharm. Btw the workouts are in his official twitter page

    Nope and sounds like a nice way to waste time.
