Powerlifting nationals 642.55kg/1416lbs 17 y/o

hey guys, I'm 17, 104kg 181cm
I just competed in my first powerlifting nationals. I got 9th place. I am not that happy with the wegihts, i wanted more. But overall it was fun and i had a good time! Can't wait for next year.

heres a recap and videos.


squat:
1st: 205kg - Felt ok, but not great - 3 whites
2nd: 217.5kg - Felt like ****, worst squat of the day - 3 whites
3rd: 222.5kg -Felt better than the 2nd lift. 2.5kg pr - 3 whites

bench:
1st: 160kg - crushed it - 3 whites
2nd: 167.5kg - went really easy but lowerd it at the top, dont know why - 3 reds
3rd: 170kg - originally had 175 in mind, but thought this was a smarter attempt. fairly easy lift - 3 whites

deadlift:
1st 230 - easy - 3 whites
2nd: 250 - Was pretty easy - 3 whites
3rd 267.5 - Failed - 3 reds

222.5/170/250 = 642.5kg

Well, i have never tried to get one. But i know ppl that use foam rollers under their back when benching

Yes, why not? You are about the same weight and i am a year older so it is cool. Squat is pretty close between us. I bench more and you deadlift more.
