Hey guys!
Ive been making a home made mass gainer, and taking it every morning. Definately helping me get my daily calorie intake up, was noticing slow mass gains before i started taking it, I havent changed much else about my diet, basically just added this in to beef up the calorie intake.
My shake works out to around 1000 cals
Milk
Whey 1 scoop
Casein 1/2 scoop
Rolled oats 1/3 cup
Natty PB 1TBSP
Raspberries (handful)
Blueberries (handful)
2 raw eggs
1 banana
Just wondering if there is any advantage to taking it at different times of day. IE first thing in the morning (like i am now), pre-workout, post workout, before bed.
