What have you been doing this whole time and why are you waiting until 5 days prior, mister army man? (I'm a military vet )

Were/are you on a PT waiver for the accident and if not any more, when did it expire? What are your current stats? How are your calories/macros? Cardio?

You're kinda leaving us with a blank sheet here...

If you need to weigh in then pass a physical test right after, you have no chance. Dropping 10lbs in 5 days MIGHT happen, but you'll be so dehydrated and carb depleted by that point you'll feel like s#!t and be weak as s#!t. How many lbs have you dropped up to this point and how long have you been preparing?

Pretty much this. Losing 10 lbs in 5 days is doable, a little fat, mostly water from carb depletion/restriction and sweating, but you aren't going to feel like the same person that you are now in terms of performance capabilities. Yes, professional weight class athletes do this kind of drop frequently, but the usually have a full day to replenish/re-hydrate.
