I can understand how it grosses people out, but there's no provable connection here between his jerking off and the quality of the food. Really, he should've gone into the bathroom - but that doesn't mean you go ahead and destroy his life. Report it to the authorities instead and instead of destroying another human being for what really is a minor incident, it'll (hopefully) get taken care of.

Edit: cyde I've replied to you as well indirectly with the above comment. Like I said, giving him the benefit of the doubt, I assume he jerks it, wipes up away from the food, then washes his hands. Is there any connection to the quality of the pizza here? Sure, a health inspector would have problems with it, but that's because of the way that health inspectors have to think when doing their job - when something could potentially be unhealthy then they step in. No such potentiality has been proven to have been reached here. in a situation like this, you don't ASSUME he did the right thing, and came in the trash can, and washed his hands. If he was so responsible and moral he wouldn't have done it in the first place. It's like assuming a guy in jail is a god fearing christian because he didnt tell you otherwise. Maybe he is a good person, but you don't just bank on it and trust him to watch your children for no reason. No one is ruining his life, he ruined his own life jacking off in the kitchen.
