Is the full one scoop size serving of the new gameday 1 tablespoon? It's hard to get a half a scoop to where you know your literally getting just a half scoop......ie so I want to use a half tablespoon to measure it out.....not sure why they didn't include one since most people don't want 400 mg of stims............appreciate the help. Thanks

^^^ This. Tried and true method that works even if you lose the scoop.

1/2 tablespoon = 7.5g

Serving size of Game day: 4.17g
1 full scoop: 8.34 g

So about .75 tsp or 1/4 tbsp would be roughly 1 a half scoop (slightly less, 3.75g)

I'd say use a scale or eyeball it for 1 serving (1/2 scoop, measured to the top of the scooper)
