anyway if you are the only thing i can think of is not to eat too much before you go so your stomach looks as flat as possible, the stomach is where most people look anyway, and at 12% you probably have definition there.

First of all, get better confidence and stop being so insecure. Secondly, look up static flexing for abs and just practice that until saturday. I can have my abs flexed for a pretty long time if I want to, provided I didn't do ab exercises the day before and I don't have to piss or crap.

If you're ACTUALLY 12% Thats fairly lean, atleast the average non-bodybuilder will think you're lean. Post a picture maybe you're not actually 12%

Go keto till sunday, do carb depleting workouts. On sunday eat a lot of carbs drink a lot of water. You will look leaner. srs.

This is really wierd but from when i was younger like 11 or 12 for some reason i flexed my abs a LOT especially when my shirt was off, its kind of become subconcious to where i can have my sbs flexed for hours at a time and sometimes not even know it.
