He may have subconsciously changed his diet and is eating more clean. Diet is a big factor in many health problems - I used to suffer from bad headaches and the inability to focus (never diagnosed ADHD but I probably would have been considered that) until I cut all carbs from my diet and started keto. Never felt healthier. Patients who suffer from seizures have been put on ketogenic diets and their symptoms completely go away. I do think there is a relationship between refined carbohydrate consumption and cranial disorders.
Also, just working out consistently and putting on muscle mass, becoming more fit results in an overall better sense of wellbeing and can improve many health issues.
Maybe the migraines were caused by stress or anxiety that is alleviated by a consistent workout routine.
Whatever it is you are doing op, keep it up. I know I believe in the body's power to heal itself and always prefer this over medication.Disregard Cardio, Acquire Muscle
