I've heard some people get really addicted to that stuff and they end up robbing money off friends and family when they can't afford their next cycle. I also heard that it can completely mess with a persons mind, to such an extent that they become a different person (like schizophrenia). I've even heard stories of people killing others over a couple grams of creatine, it's a dark side of bodybuilding that I've blocked out for my sanity's sake. At first I didn't think you were serious, but now I can tell you are. I'm asking you as a friend. Please don't go down that road. I love you (no homo) and I don't want to see you ruin your life over some silly powder. Pls stay safe.

Spin off this Cell Tech copy pasta.
no its not worth it guys just stay natural. this 1 kid at my school was found dead in the school weight room with a 1500 pound barbell on his chest. he was only 145 pounds so we were all puzzled at how he could lift such enormous weight. when the police found traces of cell tech in his blood stream, the puzzle all came together and we knew immediately that his incredible strength was due to cell tech. the official cause of death was that the cell tech was draining the blood out of his brain and sending it to his arms to give him a bigger pump. still thinking about cell tech ?285B/385S/485DL

I have never taken any supplements of any sort in my whole life..But yesterday i purchased a bottle of Creatine Surge and i was very eager to take it. I ate dinner and then stupidly took 46 g of it. The back of the bottle said to take 46 g..but from reading forums etc.. i should only be taking 5 g..SO anyways after about half an hour i went to workout and i t felt like my ****ing heart was going to explode..I couldnt even do more then like 2 sets of anything and it felt like i had just smoked 5 blunts or something. So i had a very long night i was so dehydrated and was going to take a piss every 20 minutes and drinking water bottles of water very often..I am very concerned about this because i do not want to die lol..Please help me and tell me how much creatine i should take and when etc...!!!????
