    I love this lifestyle!

I don't know how I could have let myself get so damn fat. Well, I do. Smoking cigarettes and being lazy as hell. Smoking made me lazy because it felt stupid to lift and exercise when I was smoking. I figured, what's the point? Plus I couldn't run down the street without dying, when now I'm running 2.5 to 3 miles a few times a week. Glad I kicked smoking over 2 months ago and started changing my lifestyle. Now I look forward to getting off work so I can go home and either lift or run, or both. I love weighing all my foods and being in total control of what I'm putting in my body. I love watching the changes my body is going through every day. I also love the fact I'm more active in general so I'm doing more stuff with my family. I used to just lay on the couch when I got home from work and ALL day on the weekends. All this and I just turned 40. You're never too old to get started. There are no excuses for letting myself go like that, but I can tell you all, I will not let it happen again. Just thought I would share my thoughts...LOL.
