    Red face Help..

    Hey Guys...
    I started a new lifestyle 2 and a half months ago... i just wanted to reduce fast/processed food, and candies because they made me lazy and feel crappy most of the time
    Im 5'2 and weigh 114.4 lbs and my bf% is 23% and im 18 years old
    Im planning on getting my bf% to about 17%
    I started following the iifym method and figured my carbs intake should be about 220g, protein 114.4g and fats 50g
    I workout everyday for about an two hours... weights (45mins) and the rest is cardio (boxing, taebo, spinning, tabata..)
    How long do you think it takes for me to get to 17% bf and do u have any tips?

    You are on the right track with your macros. Total calories based on your numbers is 1786.

    With all of the weights & cardio you are doing, you should be burning more than that, but you need to track your progress and make adjustments every 2-3 weeks if necessary.

    There is no way to tell how long it will take until you know how much your average daily caloric deficit is.
