First off I would like thank SWOLE and all of the reps for the work they put into the promotions and the opportunity to try out the Kreate. It took a while to receive my bottle but it did finally come! It is in a pill form and for me it is somewhat of a challenge to swallow the pills but it gets easier over time.
The directions suggest taking 3 capsules prior to working out each day. I am currently on my third day of testing this supplement.
Day 1 : The first day taking Kreate I did chest. I usually rep 135 but the first day of taking SWOLE Kreate I managed to push myself to rep 155 lb. Combining it with the SWOLE PreWrek, I was able to add on more weight to almost every exercise. The pump was significant but I was still on the fence even though it was only one day.
Day 2: Biceps and Triceps. I pushed hard but once again i managed to move up 5 more pounds on bicep curls. the pump was decent and I felt good during the workout. I combined it again with a sample of PreWrek I had. Post workout was intense. The pump I felt after only the second day was unbelievable. I felt like I had never felt before.
Day 3: Shoulders and Back. I noticed that I was not as pumped throughout the day as i had been the night before after my workout. After a long, hot day at work I started my workout feeling sluggish but half way through it was as if I was getting bigger. I felt pumped up, all my muscles were as if I was at my peak. It felt great. The soreness from the previous days chest workout slowly went away. I must say just after the third day I am surprisingly convinced on the effectiveness of this product. I was skeptical at first but I am quickly warming up to it, pumping up to it actually.
Overall I am please at the results this soon at such an early start into a new product. I have been taking Anabolic Halo post-workout and drinking plenty of fluids throughout the day. Friends have stated that the pump they see is quite visible. Once I get some free time to sit down and log my workout Ill post back with in-depth reps/sets log.

Day 4: Legs. My squat before was a single 45 plate on each side for 10,8,6. This week I started off with a single 45 plate on each side for 10, added 10 lbs on each side for 8 reps. I finished squats with a 45 lb and a 25 lb plate on each side. I was quite impressed how the Kreate helped me move up in weight. Calf raises went up 5 pounds from last week and I moved up to 30 lbs on lunges. On leg press I moved up to 160 pounds for 8 reps. Those were the most noticeable gains so far on legs. All other exercises showed gains but nothing not worthy.

Keep pumping it out man, the longer you stick to it, the better.

The Kreate worked well. I started at 9, finished at 10:30 and @ 2 pm still feel pumped. Drank plenty of fluids and so far no cramps or any stomach issues even with the intense heat going on.

Sorry for the delayed log. Overall Kreate helped me out a lot. On off days I could still feel the creatine kicking in and notice a pump in biceps especially. On workout days the pump was unbelievable. After 30 days and having a significant number of days off of kreate I noticed that I do not feel as strong as when I was on it. The only drawbacks I noticed was slight stomach issues but It was due to lack of fluids. I highly recommend that the fluid intake should be followed. After not taking Kreate I noticed a aches and pains that slowly developed, which was not due to the Kreate but lack of.
It is a great product and I would not hesitate to buy it on my own for a regular supplement. Thanks Swole!
