    Is my program effective?

    What do you guys think of my program? It's a 6 days a week split so all muscles twice a week.
    I'm also bulking, my strength is going up and i think i'm getting bigger.




    push;

    1. Bench Press (3x5)
    2. Dumbbell Bench Press (3x8)
    3. Dips (weighted) (3x8)
    4. cable cross (low) (4x10)
    5. triceps (3x10)
    6. triceps (3x10)
    7. triceps (3x12)
    -----------------------------------------------

    Pull;

    1. Deadlift (3x5)
    2. Pull ups (3x8)
    3. lat pulldown (3x8)
    4. cable Row (4x10)
    5. dumbbell row (3x10)
    6. Biceps (3x10)
    7. Biceps (3x10)
    8. Biceps (3x12)

    Legs/shoulder;

    1. Squat (3x5)
    2. Leg extensions (3x8)

    How do you progress once youhit the prescribed reps you add 5lbs? And I may not think its perfect but if you work hard and believe in what you are doing it will most likely help you progress. Maybe post up your weights from your last deadlift workout.

    Well, after a year, OP is likely relegated to solely doing rehab band external rotations anyway, which are perfectly doable with chicken legs:-)
