And who are you to say he's trolling? Sometimes people are genuinely lost and confused, if you have nothing appropriate to add, please go.

To answer your question OP, 6-7lbs is 1lb a week, assuming your activity level is super low, and I'm going to assume you are miscalculating your calories for sure, it's easy to see how you are only losing 1lb a week.

Either eat less (not very optimal, and probably a very bad idea at your current calories) or increase your activity.

    Cheers and good luck.

I don't often peg trolls, but this thread just seemed too obvious...Eating 1kcals per day, gym 5 days per week, should I do more cardio, join date.....C'mon?

Not trolling, what would be the point in doing that anyway, I am legitimately confused as to why Im not losing weight what would be the point in me creating an account just to troll a week later? I dont do much cardio about 30 mins twice a week so it was a pretty legit question.

Im also fasting 18 hours a day could this be a reason for not losing the weight, I heard it has no affect on your metabolism, should i drop the strength training and focus on cardio only?

You got a food scale and measuring every single thing?
    or
Are you just kind of "eye balling" your food portions?

And this is your problem. You either have to be accurate with your calorie counting or overcompensate with massive amounts of activity. I would suggest the former since it is a lot easier:

    Calorie Counting Advice
    - Buy a kitchen scale and weigh everything that you eat.
    - b]Count calories[/b] using a site like MyFitnessPal. Here's how to count properly.

    True story about me:
I once guesstimated what a portion of ice cream serving is. I then actually weighed that **** and found out it was 2-1/2 servings.

You are probably eating waaaay more than you think. Get yourself a digital food scale and start weighing food. You're probably going to be very disappointed on how small a serving size actually is.
