Not as big as later Ronnie, bigger than Ronnie when he won his first few O's. An yeah you guys definitely do blow Ronnie out of proportion. Kai could hang right there with him size wise. Kai is consistently bigger than Ronnie was in most of ronnies offseason. I don't think a lot of you actually seen Ronnie in offseason in person. He had a few years were he was ridiculous but most years he turned it down an downsized. Kais arms are bigger an his legs are right there with Ron

Ramy is much wider than Ronnie and looks to have a heavier bone structure. He isn't nearly as large framed as someone like Jay, Ruhl or Kovacs though. Small Frame would go to someone like Flex, Kevin, Shawn Ray, Flexatron or Dexter.Originally Posted by kingtung

Kai is huge, but Ronnie was just at another level. He is close but Ronnie just had that "old man" muscle that just stuck with him. Nobody, IMO has come close to freakiness as 2003/2004 Ronnie.
