    Poll: What sort of routines you brahs running? Up/Lower, 5x5, PPL, Bro split?

    Since everyone is different, I would love to see what different routines people used for their gains.

    I am on Dereks 3on 1 off. So Chest/arms, legs, Shoulders/back.

    I do Reg Park's hard work 5x5 routine. It consist of, back extensions, squats, bench, stiffleg deadlift, bent over row, behind head standing press, and weighted leg raises. I do this 3 times a week and on off days bike 12-15 miles for my cardio.
