I am currently cutting down a couple of pounds.
My question is: Can I stack L-carnitine and Arginine together? When exactly should i take them? at same time, pre workout, different times?
I also use bcaa's, protein, green tea extract, glutamine, omega 3's and a multi.
my l-carnitine is from DYMATIZE ( acetyl l-carnitine) and my arginine is from SCIFIT ( mega arginine). Should i use the recommended dosages or what?
also keep in mind I am currently working out at 6p.m., and I use intra workout aminolast as bcaa's, which (i think) contain a bit of taurine.
