So I have trained a total of 9 years in my life which were fully dedicated to strongman training. I started at a ridiculously low bodyweight of around 135 lbs at the age of 14 years old with one goal in mind; be huge because I looked like this:
This is what I looked like when I turned 16:

From there, I still gained some size, but turned the focus on primarily strength.
20 years old:
22 years old:
23 years old:
That year, I was getting ready for the Quebec cup that would've lead me to my pro strongman card and got injured in my lower back a few weeks before the competition. I stopped training since then and moved on to other things, but it was such a huge part of my life I figured I'd share it with the fitness community!
