    Smile Quick Broccoli Question

Hey guys, I buy a big bag of frozen broccoli from costco, and was just wondering what the conversion would be...

the bag says 1 cup or 85g, does this mean 85g at the frozen weight? because 1 cup is about 50g tops.

Then on nutritiondata.com, it has frozen broccoli @ 1 cup or 165g, with is much more that 2 cups in my measuring cup.

So what measurement do you think I should go with?

    Thanks a lot guys!

    Cody

Measure by weight, use the package data.

Measuring by cups is not accurate for vegies.

I measure almost everything by weight. I don't trust cup/spoon measurements. I have a $40 digital scale for a reason
    When in doubt......lift more!!
