Was doing deadlifts with 435 3x3, then going to speed deadlifts with 355, first set and first rep of 435 i feel something come out, go to the second and third rep and finally walk to the bathroom to see what happened and yup saw brown surprise everywhere on my underwear and was wearing white shorts. Anybody know a way to stop this so this never happens again?

If you're taking protein before hand that probably wouldn't help it either.
