Bulking diet, eating loads, sh!ting loads

I have been on and off my bulking diet for a while, mainly due to not able to get food easily in a boarding school.

anyway, it is summer, so I reckon I should start my plan now.

I am on a clean bulk
    chicken breast
    instant oats (no flavour)
    no fat yogurt
    protein shake
    almonds
    bananas

    etc.

anyway, what I discover is that the more I eat, the more I s**t.
the mass is just not gaining, basically I tried to have 6 meals a day for a while, then I spend half the time eating, and half the time in the toilet, not that it is a problem, but the body is not really taking in the mass.

    any tips on that?
    cheers.

"Clean food" = high fiber + a lot of food = lots of sh*tting. If you want to eat take less dumps, eat less bulky foods. A clean bulk is one where you try to minimize fat gains by eating in a controlled surplus, the source of your macros doesn't matter as much as your macros themselves. Try to eat a variety of micronutrient-dense foods to get plenty of micronutrients, and try to look out for ones that many people are deficient in like iodine, zinc, vitamin e, etc. A lot of foods are enriched with them though (with vitamin b's, folic acid, niacin are a few) like enriched flour, bread, cereals, so it's really about variety.

If you enjoy eating "clean", you better learn to enjoy the toilet lol.
    Always learning.
